As per circuit we are taking first BOM which are required for new design for automatic on off Automatic Sanitizer TAP

Construction of automatic on off Automatic water TAP
As per circuit diagram we can see first AC input connector J1 which are connected to AC to DC, DC output is connected to water tap switch and LM358 VCC supply and IR sensor, output of LM358 are connected to base of TIP122, and collector of TIP122 connected to water tap coil with diode D1 that can protect the reverse voltage and emitter of TIP122 is connected to negative terminal. IR sensor of D2 & D3 are connected to VCC and with resistance through ground.

Working of automatic on off Automatic water TAP
First we will check all components value should be matched with our BOM then we have confirmed BOM is okay then check circuit , now we will see how it will work first we need the 12V power supply to on the circuit so we will take 12V from power supply adaptor 12V/1Amp, Now we will turn on the power supply and when we close the hand near to IR sensor will be work and led will be glow its means circuit will turn ON, and when remove the hands then led will not glow its means circuit will be OFF. In This project main part is IR sensor , power supply , TIP122 and water switch. When any object nearby IR sensor it sense the object and give the high pulse base of TIP122, When it will gate high pulse then transistor TIP122 to ON , then current will flow collector to emitter and then current will be flow coil to collector and emitter to negative terminal , now current Is flowing coil to collector and collector to emitter and emitter to negative terminal then become complete path then circuit is working and when remove the hands again pulse is off of base and circuit is off.
Now we will put this PCB inside the tap switch with proper insulation so that cannot short any cases , Now we will check when we will close the hand near to tap then sanitizer will come out automatically and when we remove the hands then automatically sanitizer off.

PCB Design for automatic on off Automatic Water TAP
As per PCB design of automatic ON & OFF water tap we see all components arrange as per flow of circuit when we design any types of PCB, then first arrange the components as per flow of circuit then PCB will be design best as well as which we would like to do , here can see all trace is clear with connected to each connection properly, Power supply section is separated to all components because it can be disturb to low signal components .
Below is arrangement of PCB design.

  1. Input connector 220V AC supply
  2. Power Adaptor 12V/1 Amp
  3. Water Switch which are connected to Power Adaptor 12V/1 Amp
  4. IR sensor
  5. IN center all low signal components like LM358 and led, resistance and diode.
