Construction of Automatic Water Motor ON & OFF

As per circuit diagram 1M (R6) pin no. of 1 and 2 on timer IC 555 (U2). 1M (R5) pin no. of 1 and 6 on timer IC 555 (U2). 10K (R2) pin no. 6 to water tank and 10K (R1) pin no. 2 to water tank. BC547 (Q1) collector are connected to Relay(U2 pin1) and BC547(Q1) emitter connected to ground and base of BC547(Q1) is connected to 10K(R3) and 10K(R4) which are connected to 3 on timer IC 555 (U2) and 100pF(C1) no. of 1 and 5 on timer IC 555 (U2) , Battery BT1 (12V) terminal of positive on pin 8 timer IC 555 (U2).
Battery BT1 (12V) terminal of negative on ground.

Working of Circuit for Automatic Water Motor ON & OFF
First schematic when battery are connected to circuit and motor is ON as per circuit diagram are connected , when water is come at F means full then timer IC 555 pin 6 is threshold voltage due to this get output IC 555 pin 3 then pulse generated at base of transistor Q1 due to this relay will be ON and output of relay which are connected to motor and AC voltage change the position of relay now relay is OFF and motor will be OFF automatically on this principal and when water will be come at medium then get trigger at IC 555 pin 2 then again change the output of pulse pin no. 3 IC555 due to this again change the position of relay and again motor will be ON as per this process motor ON and OFF automatically.

PCB Design for Automatic Water Motor ON & OFF

As per PCB design of Automatic Water Motor ON & OFF, we see all components arrange as per flow of circuit when we design any types of PCB, then first arrange the components as per flow of circuit then PCB will be design best as well as which we would like to do, here can see all trace is clear with connected to each connection properly, AC power section is separated to DC section because it can be disturb to low signal components.

  2. M1 Connector for Motor
  3. U1 relay which are connected to motor and AC that work as a switch.
  4. Timer IC555 which are connected to TP1 & TP2 that terminal are connected to water tank for overflow and low level terminal.
